What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by August 14, 2022 and pay $8,273.29 plus $48.16 per day from July 19, 2022 until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 15, 2022 if the unit is not vacated.
