What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 4, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,160.46, plus $50.30 per day starting September 24, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by October 4, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
