What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 10, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,095.31 in rent arrears and application fees. If the Tenants do not pay by December 10, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance starting December 11, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by December 10, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
