What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants did not pay the total rent for October 2021, but they paid all arrears after the application was filed. The only outstanding amount was the Landlord's cost of filing the application.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 11, 2022, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
