What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant has not paid the total rent the Tenant was required to pay for the period from May 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $7,611.00, which represents the amount of rent owing up to September 30, 2021 and the cost of filing the application. The Tenant shall pay this amount owing and rent that comes due according to the specified payment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
