What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by November 21, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $100 towards the costs of repairing and replacing the damaged property. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 21, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
