What happened

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out in the order. The Tenant shall not assault or otherwise seriously impair the safety of any person for a period of 18 months after the date of the hearing. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
