The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $4,800.00 for rent arrears up to October 31, 2021, plus $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the full amount is not paid by March 7, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance from March 8, 2022.
