What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of September 12, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $47.67 per day for compensation for use of the unit from August 31, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by September 12, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
