What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant committing an illegal act involving the production of an illegal drug (growing 6 cannabis plants) in the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

The Tenant shall not grow more cannabis plants than permitted by law. If the Tenant fails to comply with this order, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. This order expires on January 24, 2023.
