What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and for seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord. The Landlord also applied to terminate the tenancy for the purpose of personal use.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 20, 2022 and pay the Landlord $10,603.80, which includes compensation for use of the unit from June 1, 2021 to the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 20, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
