What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid Notice of Termination, and the Tenants had not paid the full rent owed for the period from March 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective January 16, 2021 if the Tenants did not pay the full amount of $14,275 by that date. If the Tenants did not pay, the Landlords could file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
