What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 5, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit on or before June 5, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $27.85 per day for use of the unit from June 5, 2022 until the Tenant moves out, and $186 for the cost of filing the application.
