The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $3,522.20 in rent arrears and $12.79 per day in compensation starting May 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 29, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
