The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $4,440.00 plus the $48.00 application fee, for a total of $4,488.00. The Landlord must also restore the Tenant's parking spot, ensure timely snow and ice clearance, and refrain from any intimidating or harassing conduct against the Tenant.
