What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. Tenant had fallen behind on rent but made a $5,300 payment after the application was filed. Tenant sought to preserve the tenancy and pay the remaining arrears in installments.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $775 in rent arrears and application filing fees according to a repayment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any of the scheduled payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
