The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 3, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by November 14, 2021. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $441.89, which includes $200 for repair of the dryer, $55.89 per day for compensation for use of the unit from November 4, 2021 to the move-out date, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
