What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants had paid all arrears for the period ending November 30, 2020 after the application was filed, so the order was limited to the Landlord's cost of filing the application.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 30, 2020, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
