What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 19, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by February 19, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated from February 20, 2022 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by February 19, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
