What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 20, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $26,910.35 in rent arrears and daily compensation of $49.15 per day starting January 10, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 20, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
