Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed-upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 24, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting January 25, 2023.
