What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent, substantial interference, illegal acts, and safety impairment. The application was resolved by order CEL-97581-20 issued on February 2, 2021. The Tenants requested a review of the order, which was heard on August 17, 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy has been terminated. The Landlord agrees to delete any of the Tenant's photo identification that may be in the Landlord's possession. The Landlord will provide the payment of $2,000.00 to his legal representative who will in turn provide the payment to the Tenants. The parties agree that this is in full and final settlement of all issues that arose from the tenancy.
