What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on December 30, 2021 with respect to application SWL-54453-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by March 13, 2022. The Tenants shall pay $73.97 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting March 1, 2022 until the date they move out. The rent deposit and interest thereon is credited against the unpaid February rent.
