The ruling
The previous order TEL-14378-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by June 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,692.74 plus $75.62 per day starting June 17, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
