What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenants did not meet the condition to pay rent and arrears by the deadline, but did pay a partial amount after the deadline.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by October 10, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
