What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behaviour that has seriously impaired the safety of another person in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 25, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 25, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting May 26, 2021. The Landlord may file this order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the Tenant does not vacate by May 25, 2021.
