What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The Tenants were still in possession of the rental unit at the time of the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenants must move out by December 9, 2022, and pay $10,489.56 plus $34.52 per day from August 4, 2022, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 10, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
