The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2019. The Tenant must vacate the unit by December 8, 2019. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $5,375 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $35.34 per day in compensation from December 1, 2019 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 8, 2019, interest will accrue at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
