What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 6, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,192.47 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $38.49 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 26, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 6, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
