The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,411.26 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) and $73.97 per day in compensation starting April 1, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 18, 2020, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
