The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants owe the Landlord $8,186, which includes rent arrears and the Landlord's application costs. If the Tenants do not pay by November 30, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
