What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 14, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by February 15, 2022 and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by February 14, 2022, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
