What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenants, another occupant, or someone the Tenants permitted in the building substantially interfering with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest, and seriously impairing the safety of any person in the residential complex. The Landlords also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
