What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has been late in paying rent every month since July 2019.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 26, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $1,120.24, which includes rent arrears, compensation for use of the unit, and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by April 26, 2021, interest will accrue on the outstanding balance.
