What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 26, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,396.42 in rent arrears and costs, plus $31.56 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 16, 2020 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 26, 2020, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
