What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay $13,365.86 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and application filing costs. If the Tenant pays $13,858.00 on or before October 31, 2021 or $14,834.00 after October 31, 2021 but on or before November 30, 2021, the Tenant can void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not make full payment by the deadlines, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
