What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 10, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 10, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $16.34 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from October 6, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by October 10, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
