What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations that the Tenant's behavior or the behavior of someone visiting or living with the Tenant has seriously impaired the safety of another person in the residential complex, and that the Tenant or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has wilfully caused undue damage to the premises.

The Landlord's application was dismissed. The Landlord failed to establish that the Tenant's actions seriously impaired the safety of another person or that the Tenant or her son wilfully and unduly damaged the rental door.
