The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord -$33.23, which represents the rent owing up to March 31, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $26.30 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 1, 2020 until the date they move out.
