Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant; and altered the locking system on a door giving entry to the rental unit or residential complex without giving the Tenant replacement keys.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed as the tenancy agreement was found to be frustrated due to the complete destruction of the rental property in a fire, and therefore there was no landlord and tenant relationship beyond April 22, 2019.
