The tenancy is terminated effective April 9, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,750.28, plus $53.18 per day starting March 30, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by April 9, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
