What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,470.50 in rent arrears and application fees from the previous order, plus $39.44 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 9, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by June 19, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
