The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 3, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,173.19 less any payments made after January 10, 2023, as well as $36.86 per day in compensation from March 24, 2023 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by April 3, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
