What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to alleged wilful or negligent damage to the rental unit and use of the unit inconsistent with residential purposes. The Landlords claimed the Tenants caused damage by painting a table and cultivating marijuana.

The Landlords' application was dismissed. The Tenant agreed to not permit the other Tenant, who had vacated, to return to the unit.
