The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023. Tenants must vacate by this date or face eviction by the Sheriff starting April 1, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $2,098.66 for March 2023 rent. If Tenants do not vacate by March 31, 2023, they must pay $69.00 per day until they move out.
