What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,519.84 plus $28.54 per day from January 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
