What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,245.00 which represents the amount of rent arrears owing up to March 28, 2020 and includes the $175.00 cost of filing the application. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord the full amount owing and the additional rent that comes due in installments by June 29, 2020. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
