What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlords substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit by failing to address noise complaints in a reasonable manner. The Tenant complained about noise from the unit directly above her.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed. The Landlords have been reasonable in the manner they have attempted to address the Tenant's complaints, and in doing so they have adequately discharged their statutory responsibilities as a landlord in responding to her concerns.
