What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their refusal to allow the Landlord to take photographs of the rental unit for insurance purposes, which the Landlord claimed substantially interfered with their lawful rights.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to permit the Landlord access to the rental unit to take photographs for insurance purposes upon proper 24 hours' written notice. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application, in three installments.
