What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 15, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $62.47 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by September 15, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
